The largest in the CLAAS baler range is the QUADRANT 5300. This machine can produce bales of 1.2 x 0.9 m. The QUADRANT operates at 46 ram strokes per minute and the controls are hydraulic, enabling optimal bale weight. Within the baler you’ll find 51 razor-sharp knives, facilitating excellent cut quality.
CLAAS supply smaller QUADRANT balers too. These include the 5200, 4200 and the 4000. Frequently chosen by those with horses, the 4000 square baler contains packer tine technology. With this baler you can make bales of 0.80 x 0.50 m. The machine ensures maximum bale density which allows wilted silage, straw and hay to be shaped with precision.
For round bales, we’d recommend the CLAAS ROLLANT. With the UNIWRAP feature available in these machines, wrap as you go for ultimate efficiency. The CLAAS ROLLANT 540 fixed chamber ensures high forage yields through its 1.22 x 1.25 m bale size. The 15 reinforced bale chamber rollers make this model particularly robust, perfect for tough terrain or larger sites.
We also supply CLAAS VARIANT round balers. With a tailgate that opens and closes automatically and knives that automatically deactivate at the end of each bale, these balers provide optimum efficiency.
